In his piece, Corporations redefine bottom line, he notes that businesses are being more strategic in how they engage in philanthropy, partnering more closely with nonprofits, and at times collaborating with other corporations to create their own nonprofit.
The upshot of this is that we as nonprofit leaders have to speak out, have more of a voice, in that we have unique, on the ground knowledge that can help these organizations make better choices in how they help bring about social change.
Once it again, it's becoming more clear that the story is not about sustaining our organizations, but helping to address mission through caring partners...
